    • Microbiology of humic acids transformation in various types of soil
  • Microbiology of degradation of oil & individual hydrocarbons by:
    • aerobic mesophilic and thermophilic bacteria;
    • anaerobic (methanogenic, sulfate – and nitrate – reducing) microorganisms & their communities
  • Microbioloigy of ectrical current generation
  • Influence of modern climate changes on distribution and activity of bacteria in the surface layer of natural & anthropogenic soils

  • Development and improvement of plant residues and exhausted soil substrates bioconversion and fermentation methods for technology of intensive light plant cultivation
